Job description:
Foundation for Democratic Reforms is a not-for-profit organization
working in the area of governance reforms in conjunction with
its sister organization, Lok Satta. To know more details of

The organization as part of advocacy organizes regular meetings
and undertakes numerous activities and various citizen centric
campaigns.
The Administrative Officer is required to ensure the smooth
functioning of the office and provide logistic support and
facilitate the various activities undertaken by Foundation
for Democratic Reforms. Further ensure that conducive environment
is maintained in the office to optimize the output from the
staff members.
Job requirement:
1) To be qualified to deal with all issues related to administration
-office premises and equipment and staff.
2) To monitor performance and appraisal of staff on an ongoing
basis to ensure conducive environment for the carrying on
of various activities.
3) To provide logistic support / coordinate the organization
of meetings, campaigns etc.,
4) Facilitate travel and communications of functionaries
5) Maintenance of registers and records complying with statutory
requirements
6) Filing of statutory returns and reports connected with
the staff and publications
7) Security, up-keep and maintenance of office
8) All other functions related to office administration
Qualifications:
1) The ideal candidate will have a degree from any recognized
university suitable for an office bustling with activity.
2) Additional qualification in Personnel Management is desirable
3) Sufficient knowledge of computers to deal with service
and maintenance people.
4) Proficiency and Communication skills in English and Telugu
5) Experience of not less than 3 years in office administration
/ HR is a requirement
